Our inspectors are certified to investigate for the possibility of Wood Destroying Organisms within a home. These organisms cause on average of 5 billion dollars worth of property damage each year! We try and find them before it is too late 

Ensuring your water is safe to use is important.  the EPA recommends you test your well water at least once per year for bacteria and nitrates/nitrites and every 3-5 years for chemical contaminants. This can be very important with young children in the house or expecting mothers,
